Blog Hop

MckLinky Blog Hop So I am blog hopping today with MckLinky. Today we are posting about a favorite recipe. This recipe is so easy (if you have a veggie chopper) and is so tasty!! I hope you all try it some time.

This is the only recipe I could find for veggie squares (I got mine from a friend), but this one uses all low-fat and reduced-fat...If you are like me you would go for the ingredients with the fat.

Ingredients:
2 packages (8 oz. size) reduced fat crescent rolls
1 package (8 oz. size) fat free cream cheese
3/4 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
1 package ranch salad dressing
4 cups mixed, sliced/chopped raw vegetables (such as carrots, broccoli, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes) I usually use carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower
1 cup grated reduced fat cheddar cheese

Directions:Save Now

1. Press the two packages of cresent rolls onto a (12" X 18"-approximate size) baking sheet. 2. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool.
3. Mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaises and salad dressing until smooth. Spread over the baked dough.
4. Spread the sliced/chopped raw vegetables over the cheese mixture. Top with the grated cheddar cheese.
5. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. Cut into squares and serve.
