Saturday night, a couple of friends and I drove up to Atlanta for Jason Mraz/Christina Perri concert.

It was fabulous!!!

{Hair Chalk}

While I was school shopping, they were doing free hair chalking.  I'd tried this with just regular sidewalk chalk, but you have to use pastels.  I love this!

Last weekend, a few friends grilled out and played mini frisbee golf....so much fun!!

Sunday Fun Day

1. The most expensive thing hanging in my closet is.....?

I don't usually buy really expensive items. I am sure the most expensive item that I have is probably something I bought for cheap @ a consignment store but was originally really expensive. I don't like spending more than 20-30 dollars on a single piece of clothing. Shoes are a little different, but again I am not one to go drop $100 on a pair of shoes. I will look on Ebay first if there is something I really want.

2. Have you ever played a team sport?

I played on 2 different flag football teams while I was in Tuscaloosa...a coed team and an all girls team. Not to burst my own bubble, but both teams were pretty good. I also played on an indoor soccer team. I loved playing flag football!!

3. If you were a bug, what kind would you be?

I would definitely be a butterfly. I love the butterfly exhibit at the Birmingham Zoo.

4. Where on your body is the worst place to get sunburned?

My nose and my shoulders.

5. Are you happy?

My life is definitely not perfect...I am working on that, but I am very happy.

Great family and wonderful friends! I would be happier if I could find a job.

6. People are always abbreviating..are there any abbreviations that make your skin crawl when people use them?

I abbreviate a lot of things myself, but I am not a fan of verbally saying OMG although I use it in texts.

7. Do you love where you live..or could you live anywhere?

I love Alabama, but wouldn't be opposed to living somewhere else for a short period of time. My family is here so this is where I want to end up.

8. What, if any, extreme measures do you go to to keep yourself from overeating when you're full?

I could use some help in this area...I am a fast eater so I usually don't realize how full I am until 1o minutes after I finish eating. I will sometimes try to drink a glass of water before I eat.

Last night, I went to a wedding @ Matthew's Manor in Springville... it was absolutely gorgeous!

I love driving around and seeing big houses in the Birmingham area. This first one is my absolutely favorite...I am going to live there one day. Even if it is just for one day. haha

This is the view from my favorite area to drive around. Isn't it gorgeous...overlooking downtown Birmingham.

This is another gorgeous house that I saw while driving around, but it's not really my style.

Terrific Tuesday

My day started at 8 when I got up to go get Alli from tutoring. After I picked her up, we headed to Kim's so that I could shower and get ready to go to the movies. We had plans to meet Jenn at the Rave to see the free summer flick for the day.

Jenn had LK, Blaine, and Serina with her so Alli and I met them there and watched Igor.

It was really cute.

After the movie, we got some lunch at Wendy's and headed to Alli's therapy. Serina, Blaine, and LK played while Alli had her therapy and then we all headed to see some animals...

Alli and I left the Ed's Pet World around 2:15 to get back on our side of town in case Courtney (Alli's mom) called for me to meet her.

Since we had a little time to waste, I decided to run into the galleria and get my free panty from VS and the Pink store.

I also purchased this perfume from Victoria Secret...

I also got the lotion for only $5...

Next on the agenda was the Pink store.

I bought two really cute tees for only $25.

After I met Courtney, Jenn, me and the kids rode to my aunt's house to visit for a bit. She only lives one exit down from Kim and she always enjoys the company. We spent about an hour hanging out with her and then headed back to Kim's house. Jenn took Serina and Blaine home and then her and LK came back to spend the night.

I am always open to giving my bed up for LK.

She is the cutest thing....Goodnight!
