{Barons Game}

Thirsty Thursday?  We think yes!

{Zoo}

Friday was $5 zoo day!  It was a little crowded, but the most fabulous weather that we could ask for.

It was mostly overcast with a breeze....and $1 hot dogs.

Can't beat that!

We also got to watch them feed the elephants...probably one of the coolest things that I've ever seen.

{Movies}

I watched these movies this weekend.  LOVED them both!

{Pool time}

I layed out for a couple hours on Saturday and Sunday.  I've lost most of my tan from the beach so I'm trying to get a little bit back before school starts.  It was beautiful this weekend.

{Mani and Pedi}

I bought a groupon a while back.  $20 for a delux pedicure and acrylic nails/manicure.

I opted for the acrylic overlay because I'm not about length for my nails...I just like for the paint to stay on.  :)

Weak Sauce

Week sauce is the state of my arms right now. It's pretty pathetic, but my forearms are so sore from a weekend of fun!!! Between 2 days full of pool volleyball and kneeboarding, I could barely straighten my hair this morning. Weak sauce, I know!!

{Lake}

This weekend was spent with my family at my mom and stepdad's house on the lake. We enjoyed spending time together getting pruny in the pool. Aside from pool fun, we were busy...

Taking boat rides,

Loving on the babies,

Eating delicious food, celebrating my brother's birthday, eating Zoe's chocolate cake,

Kneeboarding, cliff jumping, rope swinging, and more. My three newest addictions are Dominos, pool volleyball, and fruit ninja on my iPhone.

{Work}

My brother and I are doing a marketing job for Adobe this week. The job requires us to promote Adobe on a college campus pretty close to my mom's house so my brother and I will be spending the week reliving our childhood. I see lots of dominos, phase 10, fishing, and yummy homemade dinners in my near future!!

{Roles reversed}

I'm playing mom tonight and cooking a yummy dinner. My favorite meal...chicken in Italian dressing with rice and green beans. Im so excited!

Bachelor Pad, yummy dinner, and furbaby cuddles are calling my name.

{Countdowns}

4 days until girl's weekend

12 days until the first Bama game...I'm so excited that I get to go.

12 days until our family beach trip

19 days until Mexico

So many exciting things to look forward to.

It's okay...

-to have fast food breakfast twice in one week.

-to spend your entire day off at the pool with the BFF. #notveryproductive

-to still not be unpacked even though ive been home for 10 days...it's way too overwhelming.

Almost as overwhelming as living out of suitcases. Ha!

-to have stayed out until 11 drinking margaritas on a work night... No worries. I feel good this morning.

-to gawk at the daily living social escapes, knowing that I can't afford to buy one. One day I will!!

-to have insecurities...everyone does. I'm working on embracing mine...you should too.

What I'm loving Wednesday

{Colin}

I finally got to meet my precious nephew, Colin.

My first time holding him.

He is the absolute sweetest thing.

Look at that sweet yawn.

Love this face.

All clean and smelling delicious after his bath last night.

{New job}

I started my new job yesterday.

This is Alli, Ryan, and Charles.

I've been keeping Alli during her breaks from school for several years. I also kept Ryan last summer, but yesterday was my first day having all 3. It went great. Charles is such a sweetie.

I took them to my sister, Jenn's house. I got to visit with LK and Blakely and the kids had so much fun playing, picnicking, and watching a movie together. It was such a fun day!!

{Pool}

Today I only have the 2 big kids. We are heading to the pool soon to meet up with Jenn, LK, and Blakely. We are all packed with sunscreen, food, drinks, and floats.

{Coral}

Coral is adjusting really well. She has been slightly tortured by several kids, but she tolerates it well. She has been sleeping in bed with me and I love having her!!

She has gotten to where she loves riding in my lap when we are in the car.

What I'm Loving Wednesday

I'm a little late posting today...blogpress on my phone hasn't let me post all day.

Here is what I am loving today...

{ONE}

I'm loving that I took the puppies to the beach for the first time yesterday. It was the cutestthing I've ever seen!!

I'm also loving that this little girl now has a reservation on my jet blue flight to New York.

She is all mine!

I haven't named her yet...so suggestions are welcome.

{TWO}

I'm loving that we downloaded the first few episodes of True Blood season 4 last night. I'm so addicted and I cannot wait to catch up.

{THREE}

I'm loving that my friend, Elizabeth, is arriving back on the island today after her much needed trip home to Cape Cod. Can't wait to hang out and catch up with her.

{FOUR}

I'm loving all the free time I have to spend with my friends before I leave the island.

Yesterday my friend Rosie and I spent the afternoon relaxing at Romora Bay, taking the puppies for a walk on the beach, and then walking on the beach again with our friend Tanya and her dog Max.

I can't believe that I only have 2 more days here. It's quickly coming to an end and I'm surely gonna miss this place and all of my wonderful friends.

On a happy note, I'm loving that I'll get to see this face in 4 days...

and this face in 5 days...
Not to mention the sweet faces of all of my nieces and nephews.

What I'm loving Wednesday

So my job in the Bahamas is done and I'm home bound in the next couple of weeks although I'm super sad and will miss these guys tremendously I'm so happy to be going home.

With that said, here is what I'm loving today...

{ONE}

I'm loving that if my sis holds off until her due date or even until the 1st of August, that I will hopefully be home for Colin's entry into the world!!! I'm also loving that I'll be home for some of Kim's maternity leave...we have sister time to catch up on.

{TWO}

On the same note, I'm just loving that I'll be with my entire family again and close to most of my friends... I can't wait for family nights and girls nights with my bff's!!

I especially can't wait to love on all of my babies whenever I feel like it!!

{THREE}

I'm loving that I might be taking this little guy home with me.

{FOUR}

I'm loving that I've talked with some of my awesome previous employers and they are happy to put me to work until I find a new job!! I can't wait to see the kids that I've taken care of in the past.

{FIVE}

I'm loving that my time left in Harbour Island is vacation for me...I'm enjoying sleeping in and hanging out with my friends. I had drinks with a couple of my girlfriends last night at Valentines and this is the sunset we got to experience.

Absolutely gorgeous!!!
