{Bright Shoes}

 Bright shoes, please get in my closet!!! I'm loving all of these shoes...unfortunately I cannot spend anymore money for a little while!It's time to save, save, save! But when I have some spending money again, you can bet your pretty dollar that I'll be buying a bright pair of shoes! {Zipper Skirt}So there is a new show called Fashion Star where fashion designers get a chance to showcase some of their favorite pieces and possibly sell them to either Macy's Saks, or H&M. This skirt was once of the pieces bought from Saks Fifth Avenue.I adore this skirt and it's actually already sold out on their website.The top skirt is flowy and it zips onto a fitted skirt...that way if you are walking on a windy day, the bottom stays put so you aren't showing your goodies to the world.It can be worn either way and it is an amazing idea if you ask me!  I'm also linking up with Michelle for Oh How Pinteresting WednesdayLoving the bright tribal!!

Wednesday Lovies

Wow I love 4 day work weeks!

It's already Wednesday which means it's time to link up!

First up, is What I'm Loving Wednesday with Jamie.

I'm loving everything neon for spring!  I went shopping last weekend and every where I looked there was neon, neon, and more neon.

It made me so happy!!

I usually wouldn't do so much in one post...I'm too OCD for that, but I love all 3 of these link ups and couldn't not do one...here goes.

If you haven't read this series...you have to before this movie comes out!

If I had to choose between it and Twilight, I absolutely could not.

I know this might not entice everyone, but for those of you that love Twilight...you will love it.

And even if you don't love Twilight, you will love it!

This is a movie that you could drag your significant other to so read up.

 {Breaking Dawn-Part 1}

I LOVE that I have a girl's night planned for Friday night to see this movie!

The same group of us have seen the past 2...we didn't know what the big hype was about when the first one came out, but we were pretty quick to jump on the bandwagon.

I'm super pumped.

I'm loving that I finished my first official IEP.  I feel so accomplished.

Last, but definitely not least.

Today's topic is I'm THANKful for my hometown.I have lived in so many places around Alabama, but all I have to say is southern hospitality is a real thing.
I love Alabama and the south in general.I did a post on my hometown, as in where I live now, here.Enjoy.I hope my post wasn't too overwhelming today.Happy Wednesday lovies!XoXo

Life

Yesterday (friday) was extremely busy. I woke up around 7:00 and picked Alli up at 8:00. We headed back to Kim's to have breakfast and to get Kelley. We then headed downtown to swap cars with Jenn, let Kelley get some clean clothes, and to pick LK up from daycare.

Jenn just bought a new car and found a few issues that she wanted to have looked at so I agreed to take her car for her if she would let me pick LK up from daycare. She agreed.

I picked LK up at around 10 and we headed to King Acura in Hoover.

The car place said it would be around 20 minutes before they could look at her car so we decided to go get some lunch and then come back. We decided to go to Chick-fil-a. Lk got a short nap on the way and then woke up just in time for lunch. The girls shared some nuggets and then we read some books to pass by time before the car was ready. Finally, around 12:30 they were finished and we all loaded back up in the car.

I decided that since I had Kelley to sit in the car with the kids, then I could stop by DSW to look for a pair of shoes to wear to Carrie's wedding. I didn't have too much luck. I decided to try in Ross before we headed back to Kim's. Luckily, I was able to find a pair of strappy heels and a pair of dressy flats. Both for the price of one pair at DSW.

I am so proud of my purchase. (you can never have too many pair of shoes)

We then headed to Kim's house to relax for a few minutes before Alli's swimming lessons.

We got to relax for about 10 minutes before we needed to get Alli ready and head to Hoover.

After Lk and I dropped Alli off, we headed to meet Jenn at the nail shop. I needed to get a manicure and pedicure.

My pedicure was AMAZING!

It is always my favorite!

After spending about 2 hours at the nail shop, we finally headed back to Kim's.

I cooked mac and cheese, rice, and black-eyed peas for dinner.

It was so yummy.

After Lk and Jenn went to bed, me, Kelley, and Eric (Kelley's friend) watched Valkyrie. Of course, I fell asleep 10 minutes into it. I was exhausted from my long day.

Today was also a busy day, but I will post about it later.
