The Bachelorette

Oh, Ali Fedotowsky...
hard choice with these 2.
Roberto...so charming and sweet. He seems really down to earth and it doesn't hurt that he got the 1st impression rose. Their salsa dancing was precious. Love him!
Oh, cute Frank. I shall call you Frankie. Not a fan of Frank ( the name), but a big fan of the glasses and the smile. Hehe. He is adorable and when he jumped up on the limo, oh my. I was blushing, big time. I love him too.
These guys are my top 2. I am not a fan of Kasey, Justin, or Jonathan. I really liked Jonathan at first, but he lost me when he was too into everyone else's business. I think Justin is fake and sleezy. I can't deal with Kasey's voice and I think he has some emotional attachment issues. Other than those 3, I think she has some hard decisions to face. I am so excited about the upcoming season...I even asked to leave work 10 minutes early today so I could be home by 7 (thinking it came on at 7). Oops...my bad. I am a little addicted. I loved Ali from the beginning of Jake's season. I hope you guys got to see the show. Happy Monday!!

I am so glad that Craig M. is gone. He really creeped me out!!

Wishful Wednesday

What does your dream bedroom look like?

"I wish" I could come home to this
bedroom each and every night!!!

Today, I got to spend some one-on-one quality time with my sweet nephew, Cooper.

We hung out and layed low for a little bit this morning and then went to visit "ya-ya" (my mom) at work.

Such a proud ya-ya!!
We stayed and had lunch and then headed on our way. We spent the rest of the afternoon at McWane Center.

Pics from all of our fun!!

Nemo and Dori!!
Even Gil was there. :)
The shark that we got to touch. We spent most of our time at this exhibit...so much fun!

Cooper went with me to babysit Indira...they had so much fun playing and lovin' on each other.

Happy Wednesday.

PS. I was contacted today about interviewing with Trace Crossings, the school where I did my internship. (My dream job) It is scheduled for next Thursday!! I am so excited.

Top 2 Tuesday

Today was busy, but lots of fun.

I woke up and got a phone call from my best friend. She informed me that her sister-in-law was having her baby today and asked if I wanted to "road trip" it with her to meet him. I didn't really have anything planned until work at 4 so I decided to ride with her to Huntsville. We had fun catching up and chatting during our almost 2 hour drive from Birmingham. I won't mention that we kind of circled around Birmingham for 20 minutes trying to find I-65 South. (Whole other story). She picked me up around 10:30 and were on our way. Unfortunately, he made a rather quick entrance into the world and we missed his birth, but got to see him nonetheless. He weighed 8 lbs. 14 oz. and was 20 inches long....

Introducing Cooper Montgomery

We visited for a little while and then headed back for Birmingham.

We stopped here for some amazing vegetables...mmm!!

I forgot to mention that I now have a sore throat because I read Breaking Dawn half of the way there and the entire way back home! We both really got into Twilight last summer when we were on a beach trip together and she never got around to reading the fourth book (Breaking Dawn). I just so happened to have it on my new kindle so we decided to pick up where she left off. Fun times!

We made it back to Birmingham just in time for me to babysit this little one...

I just love her...she took lots of steps today. I am pretty sure she will be walking soon.

I recently came upon a new blog The Undomestic Momma and decided to participate in her Top Two Tuesday.

Today's theme is two things I want to do before I die.

1. I want to travel!!!!
I plan on traveling here this summer to visit my bff who is getting ready to move there now from Indiana. I can't wait.
Some other places I want to travel:
Australia
Greece
Hawaii
Ireland
New York

2. I want to adopt one day.

Happy Tuesday!!

Miss USA and Book List

First things first, I hope you all got to watch Miss USA last night. I have always loved watching Miss USA, Miss Universe, and the Victria Secret Fashion Show. Haha.

I loved Miss Oregan as soon as I saw her...I loved her fun, curly hair, but she didn't make it to the top 15. Sad day. She is gorgeous!

I also loved Miss Oklahoma!! I loved the way she described her evening gown...elegant. I absolutely loved her dress. I am also so sad that she didn't win. I think her question was a little unfair and think that it could have cost her the crown. She is a winner in my eyes.

Presenting Miss USA...I liked her, but her question was nothing compared to Miss Oklahoma...birth control...really?? She couldn't have messed that up if she tried. There was no right or wrong answer. I think she is beautiful though and I did love her dress.

Moving on. I started The Choice by Nicholas Sparks on Friday and finished it today...that's right 4 days! To say that I loved it would be an understatement. I have yet to read a Nicholas Sparks book that I didn't LOVE.
Along with The Choice, I have read the following Nicholas Sparks books:
The Guardian
Dear John
The Last Song
All were amazing.
If you haven't read these books, you should!

Here are the books on my reading list.

Next on the agenda...
I absolutely loved the movie and have heard that the book is even better.

I also loved this movie.
I have had this book for a while, but it is very long so unfortunately it is still on my list.

I hope you guys are having a marvelous Monday!!
