So today, Heather and I did mat pilates. It was fun, but not as good as dynamic pilates that we did on Monday.
It has been a little over a week since I started working out/eating healthy and I feel great. I feel like I am starting to see a change in the way I look, which is what I am going for. I have also been snacking very healthy. Lots of fruit and veggies. I am really trying to increase my daily fiber intake. I will keep everyone posted. I am off to bed.

I'm glad things are going good! It is amazing what changing your diet and working out can do. I felt a TON better!
