I've always wanted to try meditating to see what all the hype was about.
I downloaded this app on my iPhone and I love it!!
If you wanna give meditation a shot, you should def download this app. It's free and it's great for beginners who need guidance.

My favorite thing to do.
Every night when I get off work, I go to the beach.
Sometimes I walk, but last night I just layed on a lounge chair and read.
It was so relaxing to listen to the waves and feel the breeze blowing.
Makes for such a great night!!

LOVE THE NAIL POLISH! i miss sinful colors i cant seem to find it in the uk :[ ill have to stock up next time i visit home !! i think meditation would be fun to try im going to download that app!!
