Today is the day. I want to remember every single thing I can about this island. I'm seriously living the dream here. There are so many details that I'm afraid I'll forget if I don't document it. So I've dedicated Thursday as the day that I will write about the island and things that I want to remember.
Today, I'm going to share the history of a cool little haunted house.
I've only been to the mansion once, but it quickly became one of my favorite places. It's so peaceful. Newlyweds bought the house in the 1940's, but the wife became ill so they left to get her medical treatment and never returned.
Over the years, the house remained empty due to it's history and was then termed haunted. It was even burned.
The house is now a a great tourist site and has even been used for weddings.

I think the place is absolutely amazing!!
It's also been used for big parties. I would love to have a party there. Speaking of parties, today is thirsty Thursday!
Today's drink...Goombay Smash, preferably frozen!!
If you like rum, pineapple and coconut, this drink might be for you.
Goombay Smash Recipe
