1. Egg Nog or Hot Chocolate? actually I would prefer a latte or coffee. I especially love the holiday drinks from Starbucks or the french vanilla cappuccinos from the gas station. HA....I do plan on trying egg nog this year though.

2. Does Santa wrap presents or just sit them under the tree?

wrapped is the way to go...unwrapping is the best!

3. Colored lights on tree/house or white? I love white lights.

4. Do you hang mistletoe? no, but I will start when I have a real house...right now I just leave in a college house

5. When do you put your decorations up? Right after Thanksgiving! I love getting them up early so that I have more time to enjoy them

6. What is your favorite holiday dish? dressing!!!

7. Favorite Holiday memory as a child? opening 1 gift on Christmas Eve and watching Miracle on 34th Street...my favorite!

8. When and how did you learn the truth about Santa? I still believe

9. Do you open a gift on Christmas Eve? I did until it started getting out of control.

10. How do you decorate your Christmas tree? I use the ornaments that already have hooks attached....it's easier

11. Snow! Love it or Dread it? love it, but thats probably because Bama doesn't get it often

13. Do you remember your favorite gift? I remember getting a karaoke machine as a child and I loved it!!

14. What's the most important thing about the Holidays for you? Celebrating the birth of Jesus and spending time with my family!

16. What is your favorite holiday tradition? wearing Christmas pajamas/socks every night and watching lots and lots of Christmas

17. What tops your tree? For my first 3 years at Bama it was an ELF figurine I got in a happy meal back

when the movie came out....unfortunately i lost him so now it's a bow

5 more days!!

I just love baby Sylvia. I have been babysitting Sylvi since August and today was my last day. :(

while I worked on my trifold poster that is due tomorrow. I had never seen it before and it was sooo cute. I love watching Christmas movies.

I absolutely live for the Victoria Secret Fashion show every year. It was amazing! I recorded it so I am sure I will watch it 1o more times in the next couple of weeks.

As we speak, I am in Chattanooga with Stephen's family and I feel like such a part of his family. Everyone is so welcoming! I am having so much fun!

As you can see from the lack of recent posts, I have been super duper busy with school. I am soooo happy to be out for the remaining of the week for Thanksgiving Break!

Also, I must add New Moon is amazing for those thinking about going to see it! I highly recommend it and cannot wait to go see it again!!

Happy Monday

Well I started P90X yesterday. I have mixed feelings about it...I hate it and love it all at the same time. It is very hard, but I know I will see results. Yesterday was back and shoulders so the entire video was pushups and pull-ups...I can't do either so that was challenging. Today was plyrometrics, which is mostly legs. It was very hard too...a lot of jumping exercises. I just hope it gets better as the week goes on. I will keep everyone posted.

Living Life

I am sooo behind on blogging.

Last Thursday and Friday was UA's Fall Break so I was busy in Birmingham visiting and had a very eventful weekend.

Thursday I spent the day at Oak Mountain Elementary School. I volunteered in some of the special education classrooms and got a feel for the school. It was awesome. I also ate lunch with a very special little girl, Halle! She is getting so big. She is in 2nd grade. After lunch, I also read a book to her class. She was on cloud 9. After school, I went with Bekah to pick up the other 2 chickadees and I also picked up LK and we all went back to Scott and Bekah's to hang out. Jenn got off work at 6 so she came and picked Lk up and I stayed and had dinner with Scott, Bekah, Halle, Carter, and Cooper. We have pasta shells filled with meat, cheese, and spaghetti sauce. It was sooo good.

Friday I woke up and met Heather at the galleria. We shopped around for bridesmaid shoes and of course found some, but they were all so pricey! We had lunch and shopped some more.

After we finished shopping, we went to Eric's (Heather's fiance's) and did the 30 day shred. We almost died!

Friday night Kelley and I went to eat Mexican (my favorite) and went to see this...

I don't do well at haunted houses...I barely remember anything because I was tucked in the back of the person in front of me the whole time (sorry Ethan!). Poor Kelley...I practically made him walk on top of me. (I made him stand soo close behind me). The scary people definitely sense fear...they all went straight for me!

Today, Kelley and I were really productive. We cleaned his apartment and did homework most of the day.

Tonight, we made Halloween cookies...they were soo good!

I had a wonderful break from school, but it went by way to fast.

Happy 3 day weekend!!!

I absolutely LOVE fall....everything about it!!!

I just wanted to put this one on here of Cooper cause I like it!

I am so happy to say that today is the first day in the past few weeks that I have had time to breathe without thinking about all the "stuff" I have to do for school. It is sooo nice!

I love this weather and so I am going to go visit Carter, Cooper, and LK at daycare and hang out there until Halle gets there from school. I have missed these little ones so much since I haven't been home in about a month. I cannot wait to get my hands on them!!

Tonight, Kelley and I are going on a date...wahoo!! It has been a while. We are going to see a movie, but we haven't decided which movie yet. I hope everyone has an awesome Friday!
